Welcome to the Axentra Global Inc. website. By accessing or using our website, registering for our training programs, or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

1.1 Axentra Global Inc. provides professional training, certification preparation, consulting, and related educational services.

2. Registration

2.1 Participants agree to provide accurate and complete registration information. Axentra Global Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations containing false or misleading information.

3. Enrollment Confirmation

3.1 Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the completed enrollment form/signed

proposal/PO.

3.2 A confirmation email will be sent to the registered participant once enrollment is

successfully processed.

4. Payments Terms

4.1 An invoice shall be issued upon confirmation. Full payment must be made at least five

(5) working days prior to the commencement of the training program. For PEZA-certified

organizations, a copy of the updated PEZA Certificate and Certificate of Zero-Tax Rating

must be submitted to qualify for VAT exemption.

4.2 Accepted payment methods include bank transfer or company cheque.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All course materials, presentations, manuals, videos, graphics, and website content are the intellectual property of Axentra Global Inc. or its licensors.

5.2 Participants may not reproduce, distribute, upload, record, or share any training materials without prior written permission.

6. Website Use

6.1 Users agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Introduce malware or malicious software.
• Copy or misuse website content.
• Use the website for unlawful purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Axentra Global Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or training services.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

9. Changes

9.1 Axentra Global Inc. reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
