Course Overview

The Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Training is a dynamic two-day course that equips aspiring and current Agile professionals with the essential knowledge, skills, and mindset to excel as Scrum Masters. Through an immersive, hands-on learning experience based on the Scrum framework, participants gain practical insights into Scrum roles, events, and artifacts while learning how to effectively lead and support high-performing Agile teams.

Designed to prepare participants for real-world Scrum implementation, the course emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, and Agile leadership. By the end of the training, participants will be ready to confidently perform the Scrum Master role and pursue the globally recognized Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance®, validating their expertise in Scrum and Agile practices.
