These Training Terms & Conditions apply to all public, private, onsite, and virtual training programs conducted by Axentra Global Inc.

Registration

Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment or an approved purchase order.

Attendance

Participants are expected to attend the entire course schedule. Late arrivals or early departures may affect eligibility for certificates or certification exam requirements.

Course Materials

Training materials are provided solely for the registered participant and may not be reproduced, distributed, uploaded, or shared without written authorization.

Recording Policy

Audio recording, video recording, live streaming, and screen recording of any training session are strictly prohibited unless expressly approved in writing by Axentra Global Inc. or the instructor.

Certification Eligibility

Completion of training does not guarantee certification.

Certification eligibility, examination requirements, and passing scores are determined solely by the applicable certification body or accreditation organization.

Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior throughout the training. Axentra Global Inc. reserves the right to remove participants engaging in disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate conduct without refund.

Course Changes

Axentra Global Inc. reserves the right to substitute instructors, modify schedules, change training venues, or reschedule courses when necessary.

Intellectual Property

All presentations, manuals, exercises, templates, videos, and other training materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Axentra Global Inc. and/or their respective licensors.

Unauthorized copying, recording, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Axentra Global Inc.'s liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the applicable training program and shall not extend to indirect or consequential damages.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the published Return and Refund Policy available on our website.
