• The goal is to provide guidance on best practices for business relationship management from a strategic and operational perspective – how to put into practice concepts such as stakeholder analysis and requirements management, how to understand BRM roles and responsibilities, and how to benefit from proven business relationship management models and techniques in a service relationship
